I understand what it is like to not want to feel anymore and what it is like to live in fear despite every attempt to avoid being afraid. I also understand the loneliness of fearing most of all that someone will see the 'real me' and the game will be up. Fortunately, I also know that it is possible to overcome all of these fears and the associated shame and isolation. The task is not easy. It can often seem like an overwhelming, even impossible undertaking. However as a psychotherapist and a human being, I believe that it is possible for you to find ways to conquer the fear, to open the door to your heart and to walk into the light unafraid. I have done it myself so I know it is not just a dream. My goal in our work together is to help you draw aside the veil of your issues so you can see yourself more clearly and find for yourself the life we all deserve.
